Winter at Lipno is magical. Whether you come to Lipno for skiing, skating or cross-country skiing you will certainly enjoy your winter holiday at the Lake Lipno. After a day of skiing you will definitely appreciate our spa with heated swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

Cross country skiing

There are almost 40 km running tracks arranged for cross country skiers between Lipno and Frymburk.
A local specialty is a track on frozen Lake Lipno.
Or you can just enjoy snow-covered landscapes for romantic walks.

Skating at Lipno

If the weather is cold enough you can expect a frozen lake Lipno during your winter vacation.
It creates an excellent place for ice skating. As soon as the ice is 18 cm thick, a 10 km long and 6 m wide skating ring is opened and connects Lipno and Frymburk. This skating ring is something unique and you have to try it!

Bobsleigh track Lipno

A unique adrenaline experience awaits you on a year-round bobsleigh track.

Treetop path Lipno

It is 675 meters long and at the end awaits visitors to 40 meters high tower, which offers beautiful views of Lipno and surrounding. The path is open year round.

Skiing at the Lipno

Our hotel at Lipno is located close by two ski resorts - smaller family skipark Frymburk (500 m from the hotel) and larger ski areal Lipno (6 km). A little further they are two Austrian ski resorts Sternstein (approx. 35 km) and Hochficht (approx. 60 km).

You can try all for 4 ski areas during your winter vacation at the lake Lipno.
