We appreciate our returning customers, and therefore we have prepared a loyalty program, as a thank you for more than 20 years of loyalty!
- For every 1 CZK the customer spends for accommodation in hotel Maxant will get one point.
- Points can be earned only on accommodation - bed and breakfast or halfboard or our packages and last minute offers. Loyalty system does not apply to food in the restaurant.
- For every 40 000 points, the customer gets accommodation in value of 1990, - CZ free of charge.
- Credit for accommodation in value of 1990,- cannot be combined with any other coupon or other discount.
- During one stay only one credit for accommodation in value of 1990,- can be applied.
- Black out dates 26. 12. do 2. 1.
- Membership in the club is unlimited and points have unlimited validity.
- Membership is not transferable to other person, pays only for husband / wife, and dependent children.
- Points will be counted from the date of establishing card, previous stays cannot be counted.
- Points can only be counted for stays that are booked directly with hotel reception; no points can be counted on accommodation which was paid or booked with a travel agency or booked through a different reservation system than hotel Maxant´s reservation system (Booking.com, Expedia.com etc).
Protection of personal data
Some personal information is required to register to our Loyalty System:
- First and last name, email, date of birth, phone. Membership of the loyalty program is voluntary and revocable at any time by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Providing personal information is not necessary to provide hotel services and will not be used to send marketing offers.
The storage period is until the appeal by the guest.
