Families with children

The lake Lipno in Bohemian Forest is a frequent holiday destination for families with children. Here are few amenities which may help to make your vacation with children more enjoyable.

• Rooms for families with children – There are 6 family suites with a small refrigerator in our hotel at Lake Lipno,
  all of them have 2 bedrooms - 3 are through-going and 3 suites have 2 separate bedrooms. Every suite has 3 or 4 beds, one additional bed can bed added.

• Crib – an additional bed or crib is possible in most of rooms.
    There is electric kettle in every room. 
    We can place a small refrigerator to the rest of the rooms upon 
    request


• To restaurant with small children – there is a non smoking restaurant separated from the smoking restaurant. Restaurant menu offers a large selection of children’s’ dishes. We can warm your formula or canned meal if needed. There are highchairs, little painting tables and also a little playing area at the winter garden and little play house on the sundeck.

• At the front desk area there is a changing table.

• Swimming pool – water is treated with NaCl, so it has qualities like
  sea water and is very gentle to children’s skin.
    In the summer the swimming pool is connected to the sundeck.


• Kid´s massage - we offer whole body massage for children up to 12 years. They will get a sweet surprise at the end!

• Children prices - there is no charge for children up to 2,99 years
  (sleeping with parents), children from 2 to 12 years stay for discounted prices.

• Surrounding for children to play – There is a new playground and sandpit on the beach.

• The newly opened biking path that runs along the lake connects Frymburk and Lipno and offers easy walks with the stroller.

• Winter vacation with children –  A ski lift and ski slope for beginners and children is located directly in Frymburk.
    The more advanced can go to Ski area Lipno which is less than 7 km away. 
    Ski area Lipno is a modern ski resort offering endless comfort for the family with children and the beginners. They 
    offers ski school for children from 3 years , the most modern learn Fun Park in the Czech Republic – FOXPARK with 
    3 moving magic carpets, ski rental, ski service and more.  
• There are also many opportunities for sledding and skating on the lake in Frymburk
